Terms and Condition

Rates include all taxes.

Use of this site implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

All pictures on this site are for guidance purposes only. Actual room and hotel appearance may vary.

The customer is responsible for payment of their booking through bank or credit card. If no cancellation has been received and you fail to show up at the hotel, you are responsible for the full amount of your booking value.

Boracay is a small yet very popular island and accommodation can be very limited during peak seasons. Therefore a stricter cancellation policy is implemented at these times. Please read the cancellation policy carefully before booking.

In the event you do not show for the first night of your reservation, your reservation will be cancelled for subsequent nights unless alternate arrangements have been made with Shambala Boracay Apartments.

All prices are based on the Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency Conversions are based on public online sources and are approximate. Charges to the customer’s credit card are in US dollars. If the customer wants to pay in another currency he/she is free to do so, but the exchange rate will be up to the management discretion.

Standard Check in time is 2:00 pm. Check Out is 12:00 Noon.

Early check in or late check out fee is possible provided that the room is available and an additional Php 1,000.00 fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.

A refundable Security Deposit of Php 2,000 pesos will be required. Any damage or repair cost to the unit will be deducted from the Security Deposit, upon check out.

Cancellation and Change of Reservation Policy

*If a customer cancels a confirmed reservation 50% of the total amount will be charged.

*If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check-in date or the customer does not show up, the entire booking amount will be charged.

Peak Season Special Cancellation Policy

For any reservation that includes peak season dates the cancellation policy is as follows:

*If a customer cancels a confirmed reservation 50% of the total amount will be charged.

*If a reservation is cancelled 60 days or less prior to the check-in date or the customer does not show up, the entire booking amount will be charged.

*Amendments to a booking will be handled on a case by case basis and will be dependent upon room availability. The cancellation policy will apply for any changes in the reservation; shortening of stay, change of date, reduction in the number of rooms, or change of room type. Minor revisions, such as change of name or other guest details, are limited to one time without penalty. These are terms and conditions agreed to by the guest at time of booking. Cancellations or change of reservation must be requested through email. Please note that the above check-in dates refer to Philippine time (+8 GMT).
